With over 40 years of hands-on experience in youth work, mental health, foster care, and leadership training, Dr. Lisa doesn’t just lead—she activates purpose in the next generation.
She currently serves as the Next Gen Pastor at East Memphis Community Church and is the founder of Cre8vLife, Inc.—a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to recovery, creative healing, and leadership development. Through Cre8vLife, she empowers young people to rise above their past, embrace their identity in Christ, and lead with boldness.
